In 2008 we would like each recruitment agency to select which SARAs category they would like to participate in. Please read the definitions for each category below carefully to determine the fair and reasonable category in which you should participate. Then please follow the steps to complete your details, select a category and you will be in the running to WIN.
Please note: Make sure you select which category your agency would like to compete in by August 15th. If you have not selected a category by this date, we will place you in a category according to the descriptions below.
The SARA categories for 2008 are:
Generalist Recruiter
This award category caters to recruitment agencies who place candidates in a range of industries. Their business model is based around providing recruitment services to clients from a broad range of industries.
Executive Recruiter
This award is open to any recruitment agency whose core business is the placement of senior and executive candidates with a salary range of above $100,000 per year.
IT Recruiter
This award is open to any recruitment agency whose core business (over 80%) is in the recruitment of IT professionals.
Specialist Recruiter
This award is open to any recruitment agency who positions themselves in the marketplace as a specialist within an industry sector. For example, Marketing, Sales or Engineering.
How to determine which award category your company should compete in?
Large – Your agency falls in the large category if you have over 50 consultants Medium – Your agency falls in the medium category if you have between 20 and 50 Small – Your agency falls in the small category if you have fewer than 20 consultants
